HubSpot is the primary integration today — deal stages, contact creation, meeting verification, and attribution sync happen automatically. Salesforce is on the roadmap. The CRM connection is what powers milestone verification, so payouts only fire when your system confirms the outcome actually happened.
You define the ICP, set milestone payout amounts with floor/ceiling structures, and configure readiness multipliers. Participants are invited — they don't self-serve into your workspace. Every introduction is scored against your ICP before it surfaces as an opportunity. You approve the economics, the audience, and the quality threshold.
U4IA scans metadata — sender domains, subject lines, calendar attendees — to identify warm relationship paths. It does not read email bodies or message content. Payouts vary by workspace. Typical structures range from $25 for a qualified meeting booked to $375 for a closed-won deal. Most active participants earn between $5K–$10K/month across multiple workspaces. You see the exact payout breakdown before you make any introduction — nothing is hidden.
Payouts are processed through Tremendous. You'll complete a W9 during onboarding (takes 2 minutes), then choose your payout method — Visa, PayPal, ACH, or gift card. Milestone payouts auto-fire within 48 hours of CRM verification. You don't invoice anyone. The money just shows up.
